Rerun 3-arch acceptance after DoE port + FABRIC-3.md commit

Clean boot, all three architectures: word_count=532, zero UNKNOWN WORD,
matching the DoE port's own commit (2d773ca). No source changes -- audit
logs and BLOCK_MAP.md regeneration only.
